Sunday School

All Saints Sunday School continues to be busy! The children are involved with various aspects of the church from providing coffee hour, hosting the lasagna dinner fundraiser and assisting with the offertory (thank you all for your patience with that).

Our online curriculum was developed for small, one-room Episcopal Sunday schools. We begin by discussing the current church year and season, the Lord’s Prayer is said and the lesson is presented. The lessons and the activities are fairly short which allows us to discuss aspects of our church service—why we bow, why we make the sign of the cross, just to name a couple.

Advent was especially busy with the lighting of the wreath each Sunday, decorating the Jesse Tree and culminating with our third annual Christmas “pageant.” This year’s plans include continued learning of stewardship.

Thanks to our teachers Ginger Biddinger, Barbara Geer, Susan Thompson, Jim Tomlinson and our “room mother” Ann Thompson Brock for your dedication. And thanks to all of our church family who assist us throughout the year.
